At Peppermint Maldives, we are committed to providing 100% authentic designer perfumes. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

1. Return Eligibility (Change of Mind)
Due to the nature of fragrances, we accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Condition: The item must be brand new, unopened, and in its original packaging with the cellophane wrap intact.
  • Timeframe: You must contact us within 02 days of receiving your order.

Note: We cannot accept returns for perfumes that have been opened or sprayed, as they cannot be resold.
 
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged product (e.g., leaking bottle, broken sprayer) or the wrong item:

  • Please contact us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery).
  • Send us a photo of the issue/damage.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

3. Authenticity Guarantee We stand behind the authenticity of every bottle we sell. If you have any concerns regarding the genuineness of your product, please reach out to our support team directly.
